Refunds / Exchanges:
- Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, only in some cases we are able to provide refunds or exchanges. Quality of our products and satisfied customers are our priorities. In case if it is our fault, we always do our best to keep you satisfied once resolved.
- In case a driver delivered your order and upon receiving and check-up you found some fractures or imperfections, please take a picture of the product and inform the driver and call branch manager at the same time.
In this scenario, as compensation and apologies, we will provide you with a certificate* of 25% from the amount of the damaged product, that you can use on your next order.
To make amendments, we will take the goods, fix the defects and deliver back to you shortly. In some cases, it might not be possible due to your schedule or any other circumstances.
- Once an order has been picked up by the customer or a designated party, it is considered "Accepted". All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop or after receiving from the drivers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund/exchange requests after the goods have been accepted.
- Dessert or food flavour and texture are subjective. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase (the quality of the food or texture is determined to not meet our standards) and would like to repair/refund:
* Please notify the shop immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery) of your concern and return the order to us for quality check-up and exchange/refund;
* We will be happy to replace the food/dessert immediately or issue a certificate* with a full amount of return (Food/Dessert should be returned to the shop).
- Unfortunately, we cannot issue full refunds for goods that have already been partially or fully eaten.
Cancellation / Changes:
We accept changes of time or location 48 hours before scheduled delivery or pick up time.
In case of any changes or cancellation after 48 hours, 50% of deposit amount is non-refundable.
Pricing and Products:
All products listed on the Website, the price, description and terms are subject to change. Arlequin Abu Dhabi holds the sole right to change, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue the sale of any product at any time with or without notice at our discretion.
